2. Description of Service

SOLPAYTOOL is a non-custodial payment link generation tool built for the Solana blockchain. Our service allows users to create shareable payment links that enable direct SOL transfers between wallets. We provide the technology to facilitate these transactions but do not process, hold, or manage any funds.

3. Payment Method Limitations

SOLPAYTOOL is a crypto-only, non-custodial payment link tool. It does not process fiat payments and does not support credit card or debit card transactions. All payments are executed directly on the Solana blockchain using SOL.

4. No Custody of Funds

SOLPAYTOOL is entirely non-custodial. We never hold, store, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or wallet credentials at any point. All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain between the sender and recipient wallets. You maintain full control and responsibility over your assets at all times.

5. User Responsibility

As a user of SOLPAYTOOL, you are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying the accuracy of wallet addresses before creating or using payment links
• Ensuring all transaction details are correct before confirming
• Understanding how blockchain transactions work
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Fees

SOLPAYTOOL charges a service fee of 0.75% per transaction. The minimum payment amount is 0.1 SOL, and the minimum fee is 0.005 SOL. These fees are added to the payment amount and paid by the sender. The recipient receives exactly the amount they request. Fees are subject to change, and any updates will be reflected on our website.

7. No Refunds

All transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible once confirmed. SOLPAYTOOL cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction. If you send funds to an incorrect address or for an incorrect amount, those funds cannot be recovered. Please double-check all details before confirming any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOLPAYTOOL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: lost funds due to user error, network failures, smart contract issues, or third-party actions. Your use of SOLPAYTOOL is at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SOLPAYTOOL for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Transactions involving illegal goods or services
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SOLPAYTOOL at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
